best fit your needs!! Classes Highlighted in Blue are Beginner Level Body Balance-This class wil challenge you to use oyur core strength to improve balance and coordination. Boot Camp-Helping you to get fit for the New Year. cardio weights, pushups, crunches, let's go!
Body Sculpting -
Weights, bands and tubing are used as the instructor leads you through
a class designed to increase strength, raise metabolism, and improve
definition and flexibility. Cardio/Weights- Just that cardio and weight mix! The things you want in one class! Cardio Intervals-The moves are adjusted for hi and low intensity as well as throwing in a few weights during your cardio workout. Cardio Tone- Start your morning off right with a quick, yet complete workout that incorporates cardio training with toning exercises. Cardio Blast- Skills, Drills, Relays, and Games for a fun, different cardio workout!
Extreme Fit-REV
up your meatbolism,and push your body to the max! Family Fit- will be a
fun, fitness class for the family parents and kids woking together
children ages 6-15. Low-Impact-Mostly cardio in this class but we will also use weights and bands for toning! Lower Body Toning-Targets muscle groups such as Abs,Quads, Hamstrings, to sculpt the lower body! Mom and Me - Class
is new and designed more as a fitness class for new moms and babies,
ages newborn to 12 months. Moms will be doing squats and lunges while
bonding with their baby. Pilates - A total
body conditioning exercise method combining flexibility & strength
that develops mind & body! Provides balance, flexibility,
strength, improves posture. Also helps prevent bone deterioration,
stimulates circulatory system & boost the immune system.
Pilate Fusion-Based on Pilates method, with more strength moves behind it. Using your body's resistance with a mind body connection. PiYo-A blend of yoga and pilates for perfect balance! Pumpin' Iron - Heavy weights with less reps. Take it to the max! SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Have
fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily
living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles,
and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated
and/or standing support
SilverSneakers® - Cardio Circuit II Combine
fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance
power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work
using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is
alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is
offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in
a comfortable position. SilverSneakers® - YogaStretch YogaStretch
will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and
standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a
variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range
of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation
will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Sports Performance-Class is done outside weather permitting! be prepared to flip-pull-and push yoursekf into shape! Step and Sculpt - A cross training class for all ages & fitness levels! Step aerobics and strength training! Turbo-Kick-An addictive
workout that combines shadow boxing, sports drills, yoga, and simple
dance moves! You will leave feeling strong, hip and powerful! Tone and Sculpt-Upper and lower body will be made stronger and toned as well as finishing with a stretch. Total Body Conditioning-This class will focus on all components of exercise. Cardio, strength, toning, and flexibility! Upper Body Toning- Focus is on muscle groups such as bicep, tricpes, back and chest for scultpting our upper body!
Yoga - A
class based on the Yoga asana practice that instills body and breath
awareness while improving posture, flexibility, and strength.
Yoga Deep Stretch-Deep stretches done for large muscle groups! Great for runners! Yoga Vinyasa-Based on Yoga methods, build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Do not need Yoga experinece! Mixed Level Yoga-Allows you to begin where you need to. Letting you progress gradually in your Yoga routine.
Zumba - This
is a fun, different, easy and effective class. Using Latin and
International music to create a party like atmosphere! This is a
fitness class (not dance) designed for Everyone!
Zumba Gold-Fun
filled workout using latin and international music, with a party-like
atmosphere, but it is designed for the active adult population or new
to Zumba! Zumba Toning- Same fun moves, but we will incorporate hand weights into some of the same fun, motivating music.
